Ingredients placed inside the pot will determine its result

Hello Class and My Fellow Followers,

I am embarking upon a new journey today in retrospect of longevity.   I hope that you will be able to incorporate the following ingredients within your melting pot since they are totally dependent upon you.

1. Love - Loving oneself is the greatest gift to possess.  Self-love is the unwavering, unconditional love and respect that you have for yourself that will keep you deep and solid. For example you can love yourself more by implementing the following:
  • Take yourself on a date to the movies, play, game or even a concert.
  • Treat yourself to a lovely meal.
  • Give yourself a beautiful gift.
  • Treat yourself to a lovely spa.
  • Incorporate physical activities on a daily basis.
  • Learn to play a new instrument.
  • Learn to speak a foreign language.
  • Take a long walk to the beach or the park.
  • Learn to accept and embrace nature.
  • Believe that you are a masterpiece you you were beautifully and wonderfully created.
2.  Forgiveness - Forgiving another means to let go of all the resentment, hurt, and thoughts of revenge.  The act that hurt or offended you might always remain a part of your life, but forgiveness can lessen its grip on you and help you focus on other, positive parts of your life. Forgiveness can even lead to feelings of understanding, empathy and compassion for the one who hurt you.  Unforgiveness often yields to anger, most sicknesses and diseases such as low self-esteem, depression, or even thoughts of suicide.  Forgiveness can lead to:
  • Healthier relationships
  • Greater spiritual and pyschological well-being.
  • Lower risk of alcohol and substance abuse.
Incorporate the above within your melting pot and you will intake a healthy aroma that will enhance a healthier lifestyle.
